It is completely free to create an account with RentAll and access our platform.
Rent to rent is a strategy which involves leasing a property from a landlord and then renting it to tenants at a higher price, profiting from the price difference. Essentially, you serve as the intermediary between the property owner and the tenants, earning income without owning the property outright. It’s a popular method for individuals looking to maximize returns without the need for large upfront investments or mortgages.
Due to the challenges linked with rent to rent and subletting in general, many individuals tend to believe this arrangement is unlawful. Nevertheless, rent to rent is not prohibited, and as long as all statutory regulations are adhered to, it does not violate criminal or civil law.
